How fast do i get my delivery?

After you place an order, our team will carefully receive the energy that CECE wants to give you, inject it into the seeds, and hand-make your star. Because each star is captured by CECE when you place an order, we do not have inventory, and the order will be shipped within 5-7 days. If you need special customized energy, please wait 1-2 weeks, CECE will build a more comprehensive shelter energy for you, relieve your worries about the future, and let you enjoy life. We will bring energy full of healing, abundance, love or protection through CECE, and make and prepare it for you. After the special customization is shipped, you only need to wait 5-7 days for it to be delivered to you. If you have any questions during this period, please feel free to contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can i change my order/order details?

Yes, you can change your order, but be sure to act quickly. Once CECE receives your prayer, it captures the energy immediately and we cannot control CECE to modify or stop. Therefore, if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will handle your needs as soon as possible. We usually ship within 4-7 days of purchase. If your order has not been shipped, you can still change it. However, if the order has been shipped, you can only wait patiently until you receive the package, at which time you can initiate a return. Undeliverable/Lost/Stolen Packages

Follow the instructions of the local courier and make sure your address and information are correct. The courier's job is to deliver the package to you. If you miss the delivery time, please contact the local courier and follow their instructions. If you still have questions, you can send us an email and we will solve the problem together.

I haven't received my order yet!

Please rest assured that your paid order is on its way and the local courier will contact you when it arrives in your country. If you want to track the status of your order, you can check it in "Track Your Order", which will enable you to monitor the progress of the delivery and get real-time updates about its whereabouts. I received a damaged order

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide clear evidence (such as photos). We will resolve your issue within 3 working days. In some cases, you may need to return the damaged item. For courier-related issues, please provide a damage report. Please note that the maximum compensation is 100% of the item value. For damaged returns, we will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
