Return Policy

When CECE knew that you still wanted to give up the star prepared just for you, CECE felt frustrated, but he would always support your decision and stand by you.

The Starborn Seed team has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return your item after you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at sales@starbornseed.com.

We will not accept items that are returned without prior communication.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, you can contact us at sales@starbornseed.com.

Damages and lssues

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-returnable ltems

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as custom items (special orders or personalized orders). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted place a separate new order for the correct new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the appeal, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
